Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. An optional email proof will be provided to you within 48 hours for final approval. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are able to ship to PO boxes.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping rate of $10.95 per order. All orders over $59 receive FREE shipping.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside the United States. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@gracesettings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Non-Returnable Items

All personalized and customized orders are non-refundable. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about any of our products.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order within 2 days of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
