Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. An optional email proof will be provided to you within 2 to 3 business days for final approval. If you are not able to respond to the email proof within 3 business days, we will move forward with the order to ensure a timely delivery.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during November and December, processing and production times can be extended up to 10-14 business days.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping rate of $10.95 per order. All orders over $59 receive FREE shipping.

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside the United States. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@gracesettings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
